Free and fast delivery where and when it suits you
Have you purchased an electric bike? Our Bizbike technicians will deliver the bike to your home fully assembled. Your bike is always supplied with a manual so you can adjust your bike to your size and maintain it properly. You can count on fast delivery within five working days.

Maintenance service at your home
Forget going to the bike shop for maintenance. The service will either be done at your home or your bike will be collected and the bike will be serviced at Bizbikes warehouse, depending on availability.
Arrange maintenance through My Bizbike
Using our My Bizbike online platform, you can arrange the delivery, maintenance and repair of your bike.
Safety and top quality
Our service also stands for 100% safe and tested bikes. Our bikes are certified with the EN15194 quality label (EPAC), awarded by the independent body TÜV Rheinland. Our bikes meet European requirements in terms of sustainability, health and safety.
Lifetime warranty
You have a lifetime warranty on the frame of your electric bike. Additionally, you have a seven-year warranty on non-electrical components and two years on the electrical components such as the battery, display and motor. Within these warranty periods, all defective parts are repaired free of charge by our technician at your doorstep.
